Aerobility Flying with Flynqy

Event Description
Take to the skies flying in an adapted aeroplane for an introduction beyond the clouds. Aged 12 + years old. You will be required to fill in a participant form a week or so beforehand. If these forms are not returned in time then this could prevent you from flying. If hoisting is required, the maximum weight limit is 100kg.
Please note – Only one carer per flyer and this person will be for assistance ONLY. They will not be flying the plane.

Date – Saturday 12th June 2026
Time – Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your flight time.
Open To –Disabled children, disabled young adults, and siblings.
Meeting Point – Inside Newquay Airport.
Venue – Newquay Airport.
Accessibility – The venue is fully accessible. There is also a hoist for getting into and out of the plane.
Weather – This will only be cancelled in extreme weather however do look on our Facebook page and emails on the day if you are not sure.
Parking – There is car parks at the venue however these are pay and display.
Food and Drink – There is a cafe on site for drinks and snacks.
Other Information – If any problems arise, they should be brought to the attention of the sessional worker who can escalate it to the manager/trustee’s if necessary.
Cancellation – If you need to cancel your place BEFORE THE DAY, please email info@caapuk.co.uk If you need to cancel your place ON THE DAY, please text the sessional worker on the caap mobile phone. This information will be given out nearer the time. In certain circumstances if tickets have already been bought you will need to pay for cancelled places unless we can fill them. We cannot always offer a refund.
IF YOU DO NOT TURN UP ON THE DAY AND DO NOT LET US KNOW WE WILL NEED TO CHARGE YOU THE FULL COST OF THE WASTED PLACE(S) (note the full cost is often much higher than the subsidised cost).
Health and Safety – All children and young people need to be accompanied by an adult carer. Please do not expect our sessional worker to look after your child / young person. You must stay with your child(ren) throughout the session.
Photographs – If you have previously told us that you do not want pictures of your child/young person to be used on our closed or public Facebook pages please ensure you let the sessional worker know upon arrival.
