How to Book
In order to book any activity you’ll first need to login to your account. You can do this by clicking on the Member Login button. If you haven’t received your username email, please check both your spam and junk folders first and then email manager@caapuk.co.uk
Once you have logged in you’ll be taken to your account page which will allow you to view the activities, manage your account details and view your orders.
Please take the time to read the notes on each activity before registering.
When you have selected your activity and selected the number of tickets required, please click the ‘Register For This Event’ button and this will take you to the checkout page where you you have the option to continue to shop or pay for your chosen activity.
How to Pay
When you’re ready to complete your order, please complete the billing information and choose your method of payment which can be either a debit or credit card or by using PayPal.
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your order.
You will then shortly receive an email confirming that your order has been received. Your order will then be processed.
Please note your card or PayPal account will only be debited once the order has been processed and accepted. Placing an order does not gurantee that your order will be accecpted. Your card may show that the payment has gone out but it simply means that the funds have been allocated to CAAP until the order has been processed. If your order has not been processed within seven days the funds will automatically be available on your card again.
If your order has been accepted then you will receive a further email stating that your booking has been successful and you will be given an order number. Please make a note of the order number(s) as you may be asked for it at your choosen activity.
