CAAP on ITV
On Monday 11th August over 250 people from the CAAP family decended on Newquay Zoo to enjoy a day out. We were joined by Drew Creek, the Mayor of Newquay, Tim Marrion from the ‘Time to Move’ programme and a reporter and camera lady from ITV’s Westcountry News.
The reporter was interested in the work that CAAP does to support families of SEND children and young adults during holiday periods despite cuts from Council funding across the UK.
Our very own Mark Exell (Chair & Trustee) was interviewed alongside Tim from the ‘Time to Move’ programme and a couple of our families who explained what CAAP meant to them.
